Lucas Noble joined Anderson|Biro as Director of Research in 2018 and brings over 17 years of experience in Industry Research and Lead Generation. With a career devoted to executive research and recruiting, Lucas’ expertise is invaluable. His knowledge and ability to navigate the market enables us to streamline the sourcing process. He has been instrumental in revising our research strategies, and his input influences every search, ensuring that we offer higher-quality candidates. He also keeps track of the best, most up-to-date insights into the talent pool and the most effective recruiting tools available. Lucas has an honest and detailed approach and holds all of our projects to the highest standards for accuracy and integrity. He thrives in the collaborative atmosphere here, and his team-focus certainly comes through in his leadership style. In addition to directing the search for candidates, he also oversees our college interns and is a respected mentor to several of his colleagues.
Lucas is a dedicated technologist and futurist who actively follows the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. He participates in ongoing online forums, industry webinars, and expert panels that explore the role of AI across multiple sectors, including recruiting and workforce strategy. He frequently experiments with new functionality and tools to enhance our research capabilities and is an advocate for ethical and efficient AI adoption. Lucas also contributes to the conversation through industry-focused blogging via the A|B Insider, where he shares insights on hiring trends, innovation, and the future of work both in and outside of the built world.
A graduate of Ohio University, Lucas earned his BA in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Political Science. Outside of work, you can find him collecting military memorabilia and fishing with his dad. He also competes with three national-level trivia teams, including the nationally ranked Sporcle team.

Ryan Anderson is uniquely-suited leader for an executive search firm in the title space, having over 24 years’ experience devoted to talent acquisition and his own real estate and investment ventures. Instrumental in Anderson|Biro’s ability to deliver adaptable and dependable services, Ryan’s persistent and thoughtful leadership approach has bolstered our place in a highly-competitive space. He invests himself personally in the growth of our team and the needs of our clients. This approach has enabled him to share in the success of our clients and to create lasting, strategic relationships with many industry leaders.
Over the years, Ryan has been formally recognized for his leadership and innovation by Crain’s Cleveland Business, The Cleveland Professional Twenty-Thirty Club, and the Sales & Marketing Executives organization. He prides himself in taking active roles in his professional and personal communities. Ryan is a visible part of organizations like RESPRO®, the American Land Title Association (ALTA), and the John Carroll University Boler School of Business Management and Human Resources major as a regular speaker, presenter, and committee member. He has held board-level positions for Open Doors Academy and the Cleveland Professional Twenty-Thirty Club. Ryan’s community consciousness has been a driving force behind Anderson|Biro’s various outreach initiatives, including our regular partnership with Business Volunteers Unlimited (BVU).
With his patient wife and three children, Ryan is just as devoted to his family as he is to our company. He can often be found coaching his kids’ youth sports teams and staying active outside doing yardwork. Ryan holds a BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University, with a concentration in business.

Eric Biro founded one of the premier executive search firms in the country with the vision of building and leading a team of dedicated search professionals and support staff. Born and raised into an entrepreneurial family, leading the organization comes naturally. Eric has a long record of forging high growth partnerships, positioning organizations for success, and launching innovative solutions that significantly improve efficiencies.
Eric has applied his background to building a national retained recruiting firm focused on real estate financial services firms throughout the United States. A thought leader in the industry, Eric is a member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and RESPRO®. Eric routinely uses his experiences for speaking engagements, whether at ALTA events, or title insurance underwriter seminars.
In 2015, Eric founded Anderson|Biro Staffing, LLC, a full-service staffing firm focused on the office professional space. The company aligns professionals with each client's individual needs offering quality staffing solutions for temporary, temp-to-hire, direct-hire and payroll services.
Eric is a native of Cleveland, OH and holds a BSBA in Finance from John Carroll University. He has established himself as a community-minded businessman, with local and national memberships in the Association for Corporate Growth, John Carroll University Entrepreneurs Association, John Carroll University Blue Gold Club (Past-President), and Engage Cleveland. Eric is also the Founding Partner of Biro Holdings, LLC, which has ownership interests in the Biro family of companies - Biro Sales, Inc. and Biro Service, Inc. Recognized as an All-American track and field athlete while at John Carroll, Eric is an avid athlete and Cleveland sports fan.

Kent Bondi got his start managing seven-figure portfolios as one of the top-performers at Bank of America. Connecting with Anderson|Biro through a family friend in 2011, Kent was immediately recognized as a results-driven asset. He has spent well over the past decade establishing himself as a lead recruiter and as a valued part of his work community. Kent’s outgoing personality helps him easily connect with clients and candidates, as well as contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the office. Kent has carried his long-established reputation for success with him. He blends an aggressive attention to task-completion with an amicable and accessible personality. Compassionate and transparent, Kent excels in building meaningful professional relationships. He shares a mutual-excitement for his placed candidates as they begin and succeed in new careers. In addition to representing Anderson|Biro from inside the office, Kent is involved in the Ohio Land Title Association (OLTA), most-recently serving as the Membership Committee Chair.
Kent is a self-proclaimed food aficionado and enjoys collecting sports memorabilia. He holds a BA in Marketing from Franklin University, complemented by an Associate’s in Applied Science from Lakeland Community College. Husband to Amanda and superhero to Anthony and Alaina, Kent is, most importantly, an all-around family man.

Cory Biro joined the team in 2015. Beginning as a college intern in a research capacity, he quickly transitioned to his current executive recruiting role. With a degree in theatre and communications from John Carroll University, Cory is a self-described relationship-driver. His daily motivation is connecting with his candidates to place them in lasting professional homes. He is excited by the possibility of changing someone’s career and watching them grow in each new role. Known for his altruism and a healthy touch of competitiveness, Cory enjoys redefining the recruiting experience for our clients and candidates. He emphasizes meaningful relationships with each of our candidates over the automatic collection of resumes often associated with the field. His goal-oriented, personal approach translates to better outcomes for his colleagues, candidates, and clients alike. Over the years, Cory has been an active representative in the Ohio and Tennessee Land Title Associations and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Apart from work, Cory is an avid culture-seeker, which may come as little surprise given his emphasis on lasting connections. He tries to cultivate experiences and soak up history on all of his travels, from the backcountry hike to the international metropolis. Cory also frequents local bookstores and is our resident movie buff. He was recently recognized as a member of the All-Decade Track & Field Team at John Carroll, having set several records as a student-athlete. Cory recently celebrated a significant personal milestone by marrying his longtime girlfriend, Kristy Walsh.
